人类幸福共同体宪章与宣言

“人类幸福共同体”从个体幸福出发，逐步讨论关系、私善与公善、人格、群体敌意、文明融合、文化、宗教、意识形态、制度、国家边界以及社会实践和组织自我约束。随着理论进入公共实践，仅有宏观愿景已经不足：一套以幸福、共同利益和文明融合为目标的思想，如果不同时明确自身权力边界，也可能在实践中异化为强制、同化、个人崇拜或新的意识形态封闭。本文因此以“宪章+宣言”的双层结构完成该系列第一阶段的规范性收束。

Abstract

The Human Happiness Community (HHC) begins with the question of individual happiness and gradually extends its inquiry to relationships, self-regarding and public-regarding good, personality, group hostility, civilizational integration, culture, religion, ideology, institutions, state borders, social practice, and organizational self-restraint. Once a theory enters public practice, however, a broad vision is no longer sufficient. A body of thought oriented toward happiness, common interests, and civilizational integration can itself be distorted in practice into coercion, assimilation, personality cult, or a new form of ideological closure unless it simultaneously defines limits on its own power. This paper therefore closes the first stage of the HHC series through a dual structure: Charter + Manifesto.
