文明差异与人性同构：超越文明冲突论的理论方案

冷战结束后，亨廷顿的文明冲突论断言：世界冲突的主要根源将是文明差异，文化身份将取代意识形态成为国际政治的基本分界线。本文认为，该理论的根本局限不在于看到了文明差异，而在于把差异当作分析终点，没有下探到文明之下共同的人性结构。基于四层人性结构（物质层、身体层、情感-欲求层、理性层）框架，本文论证：文明差异是不同文明回应同一套人性基本问题所形成的差异化路径，人性同构为文明对话提供了深层根据；文明冲突并非差异的必然结果，而是路径被优越化、敌对化、封闭化、政治化以及人性结构失衡的产物，文明叙事的战略化与数字时代算法放大敌意进一步加剧了对抗。据此，本文提出人性还原、欲求识别、理性求真、公善转化、复合身份五重超越机制与三层跨文明对话阶梯，为人类命运共同体提供人性论根基，把文明关系从冲突逻辑引向共生逻辑。

Abstract

After the end of the Cold War, Samuel Huntington's clash-of-civilizations thesis asserted that civilizational differences would become the principal source of world conflict and that cultural identity would replace ideology as the basic dividing line of international politics. This paper argues that the fundamental limitation of the thesis lies not in its recognition of civilizational differences, but in its treatment of difference as the analytical terminus, without descending to the common structure of human nature beneath civilizations. On the basis of a four-layer structure of human nature (the material, bodily, affective-appetitive, and rational layers), the paper demonstrates that civilizational differences are differentiated paths through which different civilizations respond to the same set of basic human problems, and that the isomorphism of human nature provides the deep ground for civilizational dialogue. Civilizational conflict is not the necessary outcome of difference but the product of path absolutization (superiorization, hostile framing, closure, and politicization) combined with imbalance within the structure of human nature; the strategic instrumentalization of civilizational narratives and the algorithmic amplification of hostility in the digital age further intensify confrontation. Accordingly, the paper proposes five mechanisms of transcendence—reduction to common humanity, recognition of desires, rational truth-seeking, conversion toward the common good, and composite identity—together with a three-tier ladder of cross-civilizational dialogue, thereby supplying the community with a shared future for humanity with a grounding in a theory of human nature and redirecting civilizational relations from the logic of conflict to the logic of symbiosis.
