传统形式逻辑在封闭系统中确立了形式有效性的标准，但在面对开放、动态且高度耦合的现实系统时，其解释力与评价力面临边界。本文提出“系统逻辑”（System Logic）作为关于复杂现实判断的分析框架，核心概念为“系统适切性”（Systemic Adequacy）。系统适切性超越了单一的真值或工具成功，强调判断与行动在特定系统边界、时间跨度及价值约束下的整体协调。本文构建了系统适切性的六要素定义，提出了五项基本原则与四个压力测试方法链，并发展了SA评价档案公式 SA(j|S,B,T,L)=〈V,A,R,C〉。该框架旨在连接事实判断、价值评价与复杂系统分析，为开放系统中的理性决策提供规范性基础。
Traditional formal logic establishes standards of formal validity within closed systems, yet its explanatory and evaluative power faces boundaries when confronted with open, dynamic, and highly coupled real-world systems. This paper proposes "System Logic" as an analytical framework for complex reality judgments, with "Systemic Adequacy" as its core concept. Transcending singular truth values or instrumental success, Systemic Adequacy emphasizes the holistic coordination of judgments and actions within specific systemic boundaries, temporal spans, and value constraints. This paper constructs a six-element definition of Systemic Adequacy, proposes five fundamental principles and a methodological chain of four stress tests, and develops the SA Evaluation Profile formula: SA(j|S,B,T,L)=<V,A,R,C>. This framework aims to bridge factual judgment, value evaluation, and complex systems analysis, providing a normative foundation for rational decision-making in open systems.
