Abstract

The first four papers in the System Logic series established the framework of systemic adequacy [1], the theory of boundary and time [2], the analysis of local optimization and systemic failure [3], and the theory of feedback and systemic correction [4]. Together, these papers point to a central question: how can we evaluate the multiple impacts of a judgment or action across different systems, time horizons, and levels? This paper proposes the Systemic Impact Ledger as an evaluative tool for addressing this question.
