Institutional Adaptation and Public Good Civilization: The Institutional Logic of Systemic Correction—A System Logic Framework for Institutional Learning, Social Homeostasis, and Civilizational Adaptation
System Logic
Abstract
The first six papers in the System Logic series established the framework of systemic adequacy [1], the theory of boundary and time [2], the analysis of local optimization and systemic failure [3], the theory of feedback and systemic correction [4], the Systemic Impact Ledger [5], and the System Logic of social cooperation from private good to public good [6]. Together, these papers point to a central question: in a complex society, how can institutional design align individual private-good pursuits with public-good directions? How do institutions perceive disequilibrium, organize public good, and continuously correct?
